The President’s Dinner will be held at The Royal Overseas League, St James’s on Thursday, 22nd March 2012 at 7.00pm for 8.00pm. Tickets cost £50 each and the price includes a sparkling aperitif, 3-course meal (vegetarian option available), coffee, half a bottle of wine and a digestif – there will be a cash bar open until midnight. Recent years’ events have been great successes and this year we hope to continue this most enjoyable occasion. Dress for the evening is “Black Tie”. The venue is strictly limited to 150 places and the event is for Alumni only.

For Leavers in the last four years (i.e. 2008 - 2011 inc) there is a special subsidised pricing of £25 per ticket; please do avail yourselves of this special offer and do let others of your year know about the Dinner and that you will be attending.

Naturally, we would be delighted if you would join us and perhaps you might consider putting a table of 10 “Old Boys & Girls” together for the evening. The Headmaster, Chris Cleugh will be making the traditional Headmaster’s “Toast to the Association” and your President will respond with the “Toast to the School”.

The Association has invited Abban Murphy to be our Guest of Honour. Abban was a long serving member of Staff (1983-2011), for twenty five of those years being Head of Religious Education at St Benedict’s. Abban will make our after dinner speech.
